Directions for Use: Massage 1-2 ml of the gel using gentle upward strokes into problem areas such as hips, buttocks and upper thighs. Use twice daily; in the morning after showering and at night before sleep. Continue treatment for at least 21 days for best results. Most effective when used in conjunction with a healthy diet (including plenty of water), moderate exercise and skin brushing.
