Located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, SpaLook's spa staff consists of 15 licensed professionals who have over 80 years of combined spa experience. Most of SpaLook's products available through SpaLook.com are used and sold in its spa.

If an item does not meet your expectations, is damaged during shipping, or if you should have an allergic reaction to a product, SpaLook will compensate you for this.

SpaLook guarantees that if you aren't 100% satisfied with the products you order, SpaLook will issue you a refund or replace the items for you. You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date. Return shipping is absolutely free.

Each time you place an order at SpaLook.com you will receive a packet of various product samples along with the items you purchase from SpaLook. The content of the sample packets are always changing, so if you become a regular customer you'll always get to try new and different items with each order you place.

The packets are small zip top plastic bags with several product samples inside. Most of the samples we include are foil packets that contain enough product for 1-2 uses. Much of the time we also include at least one tube or pot type product sample that yields 2-3 uses.

The packets are a great way for you to sample products from different lines that you might not be familiar with, or a way to find out if a product is suited for your skin without making a financial investment. These samples come in handy for traveling, make fun little gifts, and look great in a basket in a guest bathroom.
