I received it two days later!! (: && this book is great for new Esthetics students, I love all the pictured step by step diagrams. The newer book that we have in school is not as detailed as this one, but I hear the are switching to an even newer book so hopefully it's better. This is a good older book though.

It took a very long time for my book to be shipped to me. I had ordered other items at the same time I placed this order. My other items arrived in a timely fashion, however this company took aehile to ship my item, I was a bit worried because this is the book I needed the most because I'm studying for my state board exam, and I prefer this textbook over the one I used in school. I had to email the company to ask them where is my item,and I explained the urgency.

They did respond back immediately ( that was good)apparently it was shipped but it had been sitting at a hub in another state, & not the state the company say's it's in. So basically my book is traveling across the United States! Once the book arrived It was in excellent condition!!! I was shocked I expected the worst, there wasn't one underlined word, or highlighted sentence( that was my fear because the book is used) so this was a very good thing.

My opinion is ...if you need something immediately don't order from this company! But if you can wait weeks for something then this would be a great option, because it appears that this company has books in great condition. So would I order from this company again?....maybe...If i'm not in rush to get my item.
